A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the highest bid to determine the buyer's final contract purchase price between the buyer and the seller.  Balance of the final purchase price shall be paid to the seller at the real estate closing within 30 days. Possession and deed shall be given at property transfer and closing. Taxes shall be prorated at time of closing.
