Buyer’s terms: there will be a $5000 non-refundable deposit made at time of auction, cash, cashier’s check or a bank letter of guaranteed credit must be presented to the auction company before the bidding process begins.  Balance of the final purchase price must be presented at closing within 30 days from the day of auction. There will be a 10 % buyer’s premium added to the highest bid to determine the final contract purchase price between the buyer and the seller.  All property taxes will be prorated at time of closing.  Additional terms may be announced at time of auction and all announcements made on day of auction shall take precedence over all previous announcements.  Lead Based Paint inspection period to begin August 10, 2006.
