Equipment include but not limited to: audio visual equipment, electric kitchen stoves from home economics class, 2 gas - firing furnances, woodworking shop equipment, drill presses, belt sander, 10' Delta table saw, wood top work tables, metal lockers, cabinets, TVs, audio visual equipment, tables, chairs, student desks, stack chairs, cafeteria equipment: soup kettle, salad cutter, round folding tables, round tables, wardrobes, gymnastic tumbling mats, wall cabinets, wardrobes, filing cabinets, office furniture, copy machines, computers, printers, keyboards, many additional items from other school departments may be brought in for this auction.

Terms of purchase:
All potential bidders must present a valid form of identification at time of registration in order to receive a bidder's number. All equipment will be sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied by the Greater Clark County, auction company or any representatives thereof. All items will be sold as-is with no warranty, refunds or exchanges. A 10% premium will be added to all bids. All sales are final. It shall the responsibility of the potential buyer to investigate all issues of the property prior to bidding to determine suitability, form, function, item descriptions, and serviceability of any proposed item prior to the bidding process. The school board reserves the right to add or remove any item on or before the auction. All buyers shall make full payment by close of auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified checks or a personal check only when accompanied by a bank letter of guarantied credit identifying the level of credit available to the buyer must be presented at time of registration. Company checks must be accompanied with a letter of purchase authorization on company letterhead addressed to the auction company. The auction company will accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment upon credit card verification. Indiana State Sales Tax of 7% will be collected on all purchases as required by Indiana Law. A Indiana State Sales Tax Exemption Form must be presented at time of registration. All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day of auction and all items shall be removed at the conclusion of the auction or as agreed to by Greater Clark County. Any item may be withdrawn from the sale at the discretion of Greater Clark County Schools. Additional terms may be addressed at time of auction and all announcements made on day of sale shall take precedence over all previous announcements oral or written.
