With the increased demand for certified appraisals by the court system, banking & insurance industry; we can meet your needs when you require a certified appraisal.  Currently, we have two certified personal property and equipment appraisers on staff.  Our appraisal reports are delivered to USPAP standards which are preferred by law offices and insurance companies and fully meet all federal and state documentary requirements. We work with private clients, law firms, insurance companies and corporations.

Our appraisal specialty areas include: bankruptcy, valuation of personal property for estate and divorce settlements, farm equipment, light industrial equipment, businesses, for insurance valuation, as well as classic & antique automobiles, specialty vehicles and recreational vehicles for agreed value insurance coverage.

We are members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.  As CAGA members we are required to attend specialized training on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) which cover areas of personal property appraisal practices and appraisal report writing skills, with special emphasis on Internal Revenue Service appraisal requirements, estate and gift appraisals, charitable donation appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance appraisals, appraisals for divorce, and casualty loss.

As members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America we have made a commitment to the Certified Appraisers Guild's Code of Professional Ethics and to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, USPAP.
