Buying real estate or personal property at auction can be a scary situation, especially when you are unfamiliar with the processes, terms and procedures of auction.  As a buyer’s representative we can attend the auction preview and auction with you for a fee.  Our services would be to explain the auction processes to you and assist you with the bidding process of your intended purchase.  We can research the item to determine a fair market value and make recommendations to you on how to bid to win.
