There are no buyer’s premiums associated with this purchase. What you bid is what you shall pay in addition to your own closing fees and your share of the prorated property taxes. Balance of the final purchase price must be paid to the seller at closing within 30 days from date of the auction. Property taxes will be prorated between the buyer and the seller at time of closing.
