Personal Property Terms: Cash, Visa & MasterCard. We will accept a $500 deposit on the Chrysler with a certified check for the balance due at time of transfer.
Real EstateTerms: The property will be offered as-is with no warrenty, refunds or exchanges, the bidder shall post a $5000 non-refundable deposit on the property at time of auction. There are no buyer’s premiums associated with this purchase. What you bid is what you shall pay in addition to your own closing fees and your share of the prorated property taxes. Balance of the final purchase price must be paid to the seller at closing within 30 days from date of the auction. Property taxes will be prorated between the buyer and the seller at time of closing.
