We have been commissioned by the Co-Owner of this property Christy Meyers & Attorney-In-Fact for Ms. Anita Barton to offer this property at public auction with a minimum opening bid of $15,000.00.  This is an internet auction with online bidding, bid from the comforts of your home.  This property located at 634 Lane Avenue, Sellersburg, Indiana offers 1107sf with 3 bedrooms, a full bath, living room and an eat-in kitchen.  Currently the home offers a 297sf attached single car garage.  This property was built approximately 1975 and is in need of renovations.  Ms Barton has moved from the property and the property is no longer needed and will be sold for the highest offer which is acceptable to the selling parties.      



This is an internet bidding only auction and the specific terms and condition of sale will be posted at our online bidding site.

General Real Estate Auction Terms: A 10% buyerís premium will be used to determine the final contract purchase price.  There will be a $5,000 non-refundable down payment made payable to the auction company within 24 hours of the conclusion of the internet auction.  A valid Visa or MasterCard is required to register & bid during the auction, and the bidder must have a minimum availability of the $5000.00 to bid.  A cashierís check or a good local personal check, with a bank letter of guaranteed credit addressed to the auction company, must be presented to the auction company at 911 E.
