Personal Property Terms: All items sold as-is with no warranty, refunds or exchanges. This is an Internet Auction Only with online bidding. Buyers must register and bid online. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on each auction purchase, Visa or MasterCard is required to register for online bidding, cash or a bank certified check on a local area bank only maybe paid at time of pickup. Please notify the auction company with your intentions of cash or check payment prior to bidding, if not the credit card used for registration will be charged. If full payment is not made during the pickup period the winning bidder's purchases will be charged to the credit card on file. No Sales Tax Collected at time of purchase on any item. Buyers are to pick up all purchases between Noon – 6 PM on July 19 & Noon to 5PM on July 20, 2016. The Auction Company will work with any shipping firm but full purchase payments must be made prior to pickup and the buyer is to arrange for or make all shipping arrangements. Buyers or shippers are to bring their own boxes and packing materials, manpower, tools, & equipment for furniture & appliance removal, including any tools, hand trucks or dollies required for furniture or appliance removal. Additional terms may be posted on the online bidding service page. Please be mindful of the neighbors of Stonecreek when attending the preview periods or at purchase pickup. General Real Estate Auction Terms: A 10% buyer’s premium will be used to determine the final contract purchase price. There will be a $15,000 non-refundable down payment made payable to the auction company within 24 hours of the conclusion of the internet auction and this must be delivered to 911 E. Court Avenue at which time signing of the purchase contracts will take place. A valid Visa or MasterCard is required to register & bid during the auction, and the bidder must have a minimum availability of the $5000.00 to bid. A cashier’s check from an area servicing bank or financial institution must be presented to the auction company at 911 E. Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Failure to deliver certified funds for the down payment as specified in the online auction terms will result in a credit card transaction or other appropriate legal actions for the non-refundable down payment. The backup bidder will be notified and the purchase rights will be awarded to that person. Balance of the final purchase price must be presented to the sellers at closing within 30 days from the day of contract acceptance. All current property taxes due for 2016 tax period shall be prorated between the buyer/sellers. This property is being offered to the public and will be sold subject to no contingencies once there has been an accepted purchase agreement between the buyers & sellers.
