Do you or your staff buy at your auctions?

Auctioneers licensed in Kentucky and Indiana by law can reserve the right to bid on items consigned in their auction but only after full disclosure has been made to the public prior to the bidding processes and this should be written into the auction service contract.

Our policy: If we buy at auction it is strictly for company or personal use. It is our policy not to buy for intentional resale. You can be assured if we buy we are paying more than the last bidder and we will pay the full bid price along with the appropriate tax as required by law. Our option to buy has been discussed fully with the selling client and publically announced prior to the call for bids at auction.
