Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What does not sell at auction?

Almost everything will sell and can be sold at auction for a price. Certain items depending on the season will differ in value. Lawn chairs in the dead of winter are poor sellers, and snow shovels in 90+ degree heat usually are low bid items. Certain items have little or no value at all. Plastic containers, clothes hangers and plastic butter tubs fall into this category. But if an items is in question we would rather have the opportunity to sell it at auction before we throw it out or give it away.

One of the most amazing things we hear at almost every appointment we go on is, 'You ought to have seen the stuff we threw away.' Later to hear from the neighbors how the other neighbors in the neighbothood rummaged through the dumpster at night to retrieve all the items of value.

Call us FIRST before anything is thrown away, if your neighbor takes it from the dumpster for free your losing money!
